Add my own training

How can I add my own training files in MS SAPI apart from SAPI default
training and where are my trainings stored in my windows for
portabilty and load on other system. Any help in this regard will be
highly obliged.

I also want to transcribe audio wav file to text not from microphone.
Plz help. Any programming code will be appreciated.
